This policy applies to all users who access, browse, or use our services, in accordance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, its Regulatory Decree No. 1558/2001, the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), and all complementary regulations in force in Argentine territory.

4. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your personal data is based on: your free, express, and informed consent given when interacting with the platform and completing forms; the need to execute or prepare the execution of services you have requested; compliance with legal obligations to which Denexio S.A. is subject before bodies such as the CNV, the IGJ, and the AAIP; and our legitimate interest in improving and personalizing the services offered, provided that this interest does not prevail over your fundamental rights.

As a personal data holder, you have the right to: (a) access your data and know what information we have stored about you; (b) request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; (c) request the deletion or confidentiality of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing; (d) object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances. You can exercise these rights by sending an email to info@denexio.com with the subject 'Exercise of ARCO rights', indicating your full name, identity document, and the specific request. We will respond within the 10 business days established by current regulations. The AAIP (Agency for Access to Public Information), located at Av. Pte. Gral. Julio A. Roca 710, Floor 3, CABA, is the competent body to handle complaints and claims regarding personal data protection.
8. Minors
Denexio's services are directed exclusively to individuals over 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have received information from a minor without verifiable parental consent, we will proceed to delete such information from our records as soon as possible.
9. Changes to this policy
Denexio S.A. reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time to adapt it to regulatory, technological, or data processing practice changes.
